Context
I’m a digital product designer in a creative studio. We do digital product design, marketing and branding.
Disclosure
I might have wrongly understood the product though. I’ve tested it with fake project only.
Paint Points
We do different type of medias (Figma, brand assets, videos, copy, etc.) with different products and medium (Slack, Figma, Emails, Dropbox, etc.) due to the fact that we adapt to the reality of the client.
Multiple points of contact → You fix it. I like it 👍
In Figma (my own situation), comments handling is a nightmare. Comments are wether things to update, to explore or conversations to start. Needs focus, low cognitive load and order.
When I’ve discovered Workflow, I thought “Wow nice! A tool that merge all clients comments in a single view, organized by project and that I can handle as tasks”. But what I do understand though is that Workflow is basically a project manager and streamliner but feedbacks (as comments) are handle the same way as… everywhere?
Request
In a project, I’d love to have a board-view in which I can handle all the single comments I’ve received from a client. Client Name > Project Title > Comments as tasks
I’d love to be able to categorize comment, prioritize them, merge multiple comments, etc. Basically turn wordy comments into actionable tasks.
Right now, I’ve tested it with a fake project but I feel it’s just yet another project manager while the website sells it as a Feedback Manager. Am I understanding this wrongly?
Workflow helps designers collect, organize, and act on design feedback
without the back-and-forth chaos. But the result is I can organize projects but comments are still a messy list of hundreds of conversations. Centralized, but messy.
Thank you ! 🙂
