Don't replace the project icon on the left panel with a padlock when it's a private project

It's very simple, but when you have 10 private projects and they're all represented by a padlock icon, you can't get away with it. A better idea would be to have the padlock icon grayed out on the right for private projects, leaving the project icon always on the right.
