Reviewer contact list and notification emails

I’m talking about the clients as reviewers here.

The system should feature a contact list that includes reviewers' names and email addresses. When new artwork is uploaded for review, there should be an option to select reviewers who will receive notification emails. There should also be a group for more than one person. For example, a company that has two or more people to review.

These emails should allow reviewers to click a button to access the design for review. If there are any updates, the notification emails can inform the reviewers about the changes in the design's status and any new versions.

These contacts don’t necessarily have to create an account, we just enter them manually. At least we have their email addresses in the system, and when they submit their comments or decisions, they don’t have to fill out the email address again.
