Oh no, sorry but I hate vocals, it's already hell on WhatsApp with customers doing long vocals. If a comment can't be written easily with simple words, it's usually because it's not yet well constructed. What's more, you can't search for information using CTRL + F. A bullet points list is much better than a voice memo in a professional context.
